This is a good moment to look back at the work completed so far and prepare for the next steps. During the first stage, the partnership focused mainly on SME mapping, identifying company needs and preparing tools for further skills analysis. This created an important basis for understanding which competences are needed by manufacturing and technology-related companies in the partner regions.
Now the project is moving into the next phase. The coming months will focus on further analysis of skills needs, cooperation with technical and vocational schools, interviews with companies, and preparation for future training solutions, including the LMS platform and AR/VR-based tools.
Our goal remains the same to better connect vocational education with the real needs of the labour market. We want young people to develop competences that are useful in modern companies, while businesses can actively contribute to practical solutions that respond to their needs.
The next months will bring intensive work, analysis and cooperation with project partners, schools and companies.
