The Charter for Participatory Cross-Border Governance in Central Europe was presented at the BorderLabs CE project’s closing conference in Brussels as a shared vision for stronger cooperation across the region. The document addresses common challenges such as migration, security, EU enlargement and territorial development, and encourages more coordinated action among governments, policymakers and territorial development professionals.
