Final Reflections and Future Collaborations

As TASK4ISI approaches the end of its implementation period, the project partnership is taking the opportunity to reflect on more than two years of joint work dedicated to strengthening inclusive entrepreneurship and social innovation across Central Europe.

The project brought together partners from different countries, institutional backgrounds and regional contexts around a shared objective: to improve framework conditions, skills and support mechanisms for people who often face barriers in entrepreneurship. Throughout the project, the partnership developed and tested a broad set of tools and cooperation mechanisms, including Inclusive and Sustainable Innovation Hubs (ISIHUBs), the Transnational Network of ISIHUBs (TNISIHUB), the Joint Networking Strategy, the Joint Strategy Agenda, Local Action Plan Packages, pilot programmes and Toolkits for Inclusive Entrepreneurship.

The final phase of the project has shown that one of the most valuable outcomes of TASK4ISI goes beyond individual deliverables. The project created a platform for lasting cooperation between public authorities, universities, business support organisations, NGOs, experts and other stakeholders interested in developing more inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystems.

This cooperation was further reinforced through the Memorandum for Sustainable Cooperation, which provides a common framework for continuing joint activities beyond the formal lifetime of the project. It reflects the willingness of the participating organisations and stakeholders to maintain the relationships established within TASK4ISI, continue exchanging knowledge and experience, and explore opportunities for new initiatives and projects.

The final consortium meetings and the TASK4ISI Final Conference in Krakow confirmed a shared understanding that the end of the funded project should not be seen as the end of the partnership. On the contrary, the structures and networks created through ISIHUB and TNISIHUB provide a strong basis for future collaboration at both regional and transnational level.

Looking ahead, partners see potential for continued cooperation in several areas: further development and adaptation of tools created within TASK4ISI, knowledge exchange between regions, joint activities supporting inclusive entrepreneurship, policy dialogue, and the preparation of new international projects.

TASK4ISI has demonstrated that inclusive entrepreneurship benefits from long-term cooperation, cross-sectoral dialogue and the exchange of practical experience between regions. The challenge now is to carry this momentum forward and ensure that the knowledge, networks and partnerships built during the project continue to generate value after its formal completion.

The project is coming to an end, but the cooperation continues.
