Representing GLOW-CE in South Bohemia, JAIP presented the project’s ongoing activities and objectives, introducing participants to the wider transnational effort to make business support more accessible and better tailored to the needs of women. To move beyond a one-way presentation, the team used an interactive Mentimeter session to engage directly with attendees and gather live input on the everyday realities of running a business.
This exchange offered valuable insight into the real-world needs and challenges these entrepreneurs face — from access to information and digital skills to the practical demands of branding and marketing. Such first-hand perspectives are central to GLOW-CE, which aims to develop support measures together with women entrepreneurs rather than designing solutions for them.
A central part of the programme was a hands-on workshop led by doc. PhDr. Alena Hricová, PhD., who demonstrated how AI can streamline branding, marketing and content creation. Her practical approach showed participants concrete ways to integrate digital tools into their daily work and embrace the ongoing digital transition.
The meet-up confirmed the presence of a vibrant and growing community of female founders in South Bohemia who are ready to adopt new technologies and grow their businesses. The insights gathered during the event will feed into GLOW-CE’s regional activities, helping to shape support services and pilot actions that respond to the specific needs of women entrepreneurs in the region.
