The publication of these deliverables follows an intensive six-month period in which the consortium tested the Digi-B-Well toolkit with three target groups: small and medium-sized enterprises, academic organisations, and public authorities. Pilot activities were carried out in Slovenia, Italy, and Croatia, bringing together participants from several partner countries and providing valuable feedback for the further development of the project solution.
The four published deliverables document the main achievements of Period 4 and provide a structured overview of the project’s progress:
D.2.1.2 – Establishing and operation of the digital transformation platform
This deliverable describes the development and operation of the Digi-B-Well digital platform, which supports access to the project toolkit and forms the technical basis for testing and future use of the solution.
D.2.2.1 – Co-developed transnational pilot concept
This deliverable presents the shared pilot testing concept developed by the consortium. It outlines the structure, objectives, target groups, and implementation approach used to guide the pilot activities across different countries and organisational contexts.
D.2.3.1 – Co-implementation pilot action report
This report summarises the implementation of the pilot testing phase. It reflects on the activities carried out with SMEs, academic organisations, and public authorities, and highlights the practical insights gathered through the transnational testing process.
D.2.4.1 – Communication of pilot results
This deliverable focuses on how the results and experiences of the pilot phase were communicated to project partners, stakeholders, and wider audiences. It documents the communication activities supporting the visibility and transfer of the project’s outcomes.
Together, the four deliverables represent the successful fulfilment of a major project output and the conclusion of a central phase in Work Package 2. They also provide a strong foundation for the next stage of Digi-B-Well, in which the consortium will continue refining the project solution and preparing further activities under Project Period 5.
With Period 4 now completed, Digi-B-Well enters its next phase on track. The project will continue working toward a practical, evidence-informed digital wellbeing solution for organisations across Central Europe.
