Digi-B-Well partners meet in Slovenia for first pilot test and consortium meeting

Date: 27.04.2026
The pilot test took place on 20 April 2026 and focused on small and medium-sized enterprises as one of the project’s main target groups. Participants and company representatives from Germany, Hungary, and Slovenia joined the event to engage with the developing Digi-B-Well toolkit and provide practical feedback from an SME perspective.

Set against the backdrop of the Julian Alps, the pilot offered an important opportunity to explore how digital wellbeing can be addressed in real workplace contexts. The programme also included a field visit to a major steel factory, allowing participants to connect the project’s themes with concrete organisational and industrial practice.

The event marked the first step in the project’s transnational pilot testing phase. By involving representatives from different countries and organisational settings, the consortium was able to gather valuable insights into the needs, expectations, and challenges faced by SMEs when dealing with digital transformation and wellbeing at work.

Following the pilot test, the Digi-B-Well partners held a consortium meeting on 21–22 April 2026, hosted by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia. The meeting provided space to review the progress of the pilot activities, coordinate the remaining tasks of Project Period 4, and prepare for the next pilot events in Italy and Croatia.

The Slovenia activities represented an important milestone for Digi-B-Well, bringing together practical testing, partner coordination, and transnational exchange. The feedback gathered during the pilot will support the further development and refinement of the project’s digital wellbeing solution in the next stages of the project.

The Digi-B-Well consortium thanks the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia and all participating organisations for their contribution to a productive and inspiring project week in Kranjska Gora.
