The Bologna pilot formed part of the project’s transnational testing phase, following the first pilot event with small and medium-sized enterprises in Slovenia. Through this second pilot, the consortium explored how the Digi-B-Well toolkit can respond to the specific needs, challenges, and working conditions of academic organisations.
Participants had the opportunity to reflect on digital wellbeing in the context of higher education and research environments, where digital tools, communication platforms, and changing work routines increasingly shape everyday professional life. Their feedback will support the further refinement of the project solution and help ensure that it remains relevant across different organisational settings.
The programme also included space for exchange among partners and participants, as well as a city tour that offered an additional opportunity for informal dialogue and transnational connection.
The Bologna pilot represented another important step in the implementation of Work Package 2 and contributed to the completion of the project’s wider pilot testing phase during Project Period 4. Insights from the event will feed into the continued development of the Digi-B-Well toolkit and the next stages of the project.
The Digi-B-Well consortium thanks the University of Bologna and all participating organisations for hosting and contributing to a productive and valuable pilot event.
