The Opatija pilot followed the previous pilot events in Slovenia and Italy, completing the project’s transnational testing phase across three organisational contexts: small and medium-sized enterprises, academic organisations, and public authorities. This final pilot offered an important opportunity to explore how digital wellbeing can be addressed within administrative and institutional work environments.
During the event, participants reflected on the role of digital tools, communication practices, and changing work routines in public sector organisations. Their feedback will help the consortium further refine the Digi-B-Well toolkit and ensure that the project solution can respond to the needs of different types of organisations across Central Europe.
The programme also included opportunities for exchange among partners and participants, as well as a city tour that supported informal dialogue and transnational cooperation.
The Opatija pilot represented an important milestone in the implementation of Work Package 2 and contributed to the successful completion of the pilot testing phase during Project Period 4. Insights gathered during the event will feed into the next stages of the project as Digi-B-Well moves toward further development, finalisation, and transfer of its digital wellbeing solution.
The Digi-B-Well consortium thanks the County of Primorje-Gorski Kotar and all participating organisations for hosting and contributing to a productive and valuable pilot event.
