CREDIT4CE Startup Support Programme: Meet our Mentors and Speakers

On April 22nd, we launched the CREDIT4CE startup support programme, a three-month journey designed to support founders through a path of learning, connections, and concrete growth.

The programme is built around two pillars: a training component with six thematic workshops (business strategy, internationalisation, validation, commercial traction, funding strategies, and scalable business models) and an individual support component through one-to-one mentoring sessions.

We are proud to introduce the experienced practitioners who are guiding our first cohort:

  • Marian Gazdik: Entrepreneur and venture capital professional, Co-founder of IPM Growth and G-Force, and Founder of BrainTrust. He has extensive experience in building and scaling startup communities and innovation-driven ventures globally. Marian is actively involved in supporting entrepreneurship, mentoring founders, and developing effective growth strategies.

     

  • Louis Warner: Partner at G-Force, where he focuses on shaping high-growth startups. He brings over 25 years of operational and VC experience, notably as an early team member at lastminute.com ($1.1B exit) and as the former CEO of Contentive. Having built Founders Factory and led over 100 investment deals, he possesses extensive expertise in scaling businesses, venture building, and startup investment

     

  • Justyna Adamska: Deputy Director at Poznań Science & Technology Park with over 18 years of experience bridging the gap between academia and entrepreneurship. She is a manager, consultant, and expert in EU projects, focusing on business development, communication, and sustainability. Additionally, Justyna is a Certified Innovation Coach and marketing tools trainer, as well as the author of numerous publications on innovation support.

  • Mitja Mikuž: Head of Entrepreneurship Programmes at Primorska Technology Park with over 10 years of experience building incubation processes and startup communities. Having supported over 250 innovators, Mitja leads the Startup Academy and Nova Gorica’s mentoring initiatives, specializing in startup incubation and ecosystem development.

     

  • Wojciech Wodo: Research Assistant at Wroclaw University of Science & Technology and a graduate of the UC Berkeley Haas Top 500 Innovators program. An expert in cybersecurity, digital identity, and fintech security, Wojciech serves as Vice-President of the Manus Foundation and brings extensive experience in technology transfer, academic entrepreneurship, and startup mentorship.

     

  • Artur Bobovnicky: Innovation and international cooperation expert linked to Slovak Innovation and Energy Agency (SIEA); Works on innovation policy, energy transition, and EU-funded programmes; active in cluster development and international innovation initiatives; Background in energy engineering; Experience in SARIO; speaker and contributor to innovation, energy & industrial transf. discussions.

     

  • Anna Vlahov: Acceleration Programs Coordinator at Zagreb Innovation Centre (ZICER); Coordinates Startup Factory, Scale Up, Global Growth & Tech Transfer; oversees mentor relations; Mentored 150+ startups across different accelerators; Former lead of a cleantech accelerator at ZICER; Experienced in startup acceleration, ecosystem development, and international program management.

     

  • Tomasz Zgoła: An ESG and environmental expert with 15+ years of experience in ecological science and sustainable business. Associated with the Poznań Science and Technology Park, he specializes in Nature-Positive strategies, decarbonization, and ESG risk management, helping companies integrate environmental protection into their core operations

     

This programme aims to be a useful companion for founders navigating real challenges, fragmented markets, and limited access to capital. Participant feedback will help adjust the experience as it unfolds, with a second cohort already planned for September through November.
