Following the recent event in Venice, a comprehensive article about GREENPACT was published on the regional website of Veneto Region. It describes the project’s aims and activities, especially regarding the regional enterprises and young people.
To put it short, GREENPACT shows that intergenerational dialogue combined with practical tools and specific training courses can effectively drive the transition to a more sustainable and resilient economy. The project has successfully involved businesses, young people, public bodies and educational institutions, creating a virtuous ecosystem in which innovation, sustainability and collaboration reinforce each other.
Experience gained in Veneto confirms the effectiveness of the adopted model: a participatory, replicable approach that prioritises people and places. The pilot actions, results and tools not only strengthen young people’s green and entrepreneurial skills, but also provide SMEs with the resources they need to face future environmental and economic challenges.
GREENPACT thus represents a European best practice example, capable of inspiring impact-oriented policies, training programmes and entrepreneurial initiatives within and beyond the project’s scope.
