Climate_CRICES Partner meeting hosted in Turin: Driving sustainable climate action across regions

Hosted by project partner CSI Piemonte, the collaborative event brought together regional project partners both in person and online.

Key Highlights & Focus Areas

Throughout the two-day session, participants engaged in:

  • Pilot Action progress: Partners reviewed key outcomes from localized pilot initiatives across partner regions, exploring real-world impacts and lessons learned from initial testing phases.
  • Long-term sustainability: Special attention was given to ensuring that solutions developed within the project are resilient, scalable, and capable of delivering lasting benefits beyond the project’s lifespan.
  • Data-driven Dashboard: The team reviewed the ongoing development and release of the Climate_CRICES digital dashboard – an innovative tool designed to help regional authorities monitor environmental factors and make data-backed climate decisions.

The meeting in Turin demonstrated the strength of European cross-border cooperation in tackling urgent environmental challenges. By combining regional expertise, innovative tools, and practical pilot actions, Climate_CRICES continues to lay the groundwork for a more climate-resilient future.

Looking ahead, partners will focus on rolling out the final tools, hosting capacity-building events, and ensuring local communities and decision-makers benefit from these sustainable solutions.
