CICADA4CE Final Conference: Building Climate-Resilient Cities Together

After more than two years of cooperation, experimentation and knowledge exchange, the CICADA4CE project is reaching its final milestone.

The Final Conference, “Building Climate-Resilient Cities Together,” will bring together project partners, representatives of the five pilot cities, experts, public authorities and other stakeholders to reflect on the results achieved, share experiences and lessons learned, and discuss how cooperation on climate adaptation can continue beyond the project.

The event will combine reflections on the project results with discussions on practical approaches and tools for climate-resilient cities, including nature-based solutions, citizen engagement, Urban Living Labs, climate education and digital tools.

A key focus will be the experience of the five CICADA4CE pilot cities and the ways in which they have developed and tested local approaches to climate adaptation.

The conference will also look towards the future, with the launch of the Network of Climate-Active Cities and a presentation of the CICADA4CE Platform and its tools for the future.
