The CE4CE e-course aims to strengthen the knowledge and practical skills of public transport operators, authorities, and related stakeholders in applying circular economy principles across the full public transport life cycle. Through five focused modules, the course introduces key concepts, demonstrates real-world applications, and showcases concrete examples from the CE4CE pilot activities.
Participants will learn how to embed circularity into planning, procurement, operations, maintenance, and strategic decision-making. By combining life cycle thinking with practical tools, case studies, and actionable guidance, the e-course supports practitioners and organisations in reducing resource use, extending asset lifetimes, and developing innovative business models. Ultimately, the course empowers participants to accelerate the transition toward more sustainable, resilient, and future-proof public transport systems in Central Europe and beyond.
Hosted on Rupprecht Consult’s Mobility Academy platform, the e-course enables flexible self-paced learning, complemented by optional interactive elements.
