Rzeszów, June 19, 2026 – On 19 June 2026, the first CE-VITA stakeholder meeting in Poland was held at the headquarters of the Rzeszów Regional Development Agency (RARR S.A.), with the main purpose of establishing the Regional Health Improvement Hub (R-HIH) for the Podkarpackie Voivodeship.
The meeting brought together stakeholders from the healthcare sector, public administration, academia, non-governmental organisations, and social institutions to start cooperation within the Hub and discuss opportunities for improving post-stroke rehabilitation pathways in the region.
The event provided an opportunity to present the objectives of the CE-VITA project and discuss the main challenges and needs related to post-stroke rehabilitation and care coordination for stroke survivors. Participants also explored opportunities to improve rehabilitation services through innovative organisational and digital solutions.
Thank you to all participants for their active involvement and valuable recommendations, which will support the future activities of the CE-VITA Regional Health Improvement Hub and the implementation of project activities in Poland.
