During the first months of the project, we have successfully completed the key knowledge-building activities that lay the foundation for everything that follows. Our Capacity Building Training Programme, Brand4Talents Masterclass, Excellence Directory, and Co-creation Sprint Workshop are now completed, providing the partnership with a shared understanding of talent attraction, place branding, and governance.
🎯 Our current focus is the development of the Brand4Talents Strategy Paper for Multi-sectoral Governance of Talent Factors and Place Branding in Lagging Areas. This is one of the project’s major milestones and will be submitted to the Joint Secretariat by the end of July. It will serve as the strategic foundation for all upcoming local actions and pilot activities.
Meanwhile, preparations for Work Package 2 have already begun. Several partners are working with their local stakeholders to shape their pilot ideas, while the partnership will continue refining the Transnational Pilot Plan during our upcoming meeting in Greifswald.
Every completed deliverable brings us one step closer to our common goal: helping smaller regions become more attractive places for talented people to live, work, and thrive.
Stay tuned—we’ll bring you the latest updates directly from Greifswald!
