Could it work for other services too? Green LaMiS’s Innovation Indicators, or Pilot Action KPIs (Deliverable D.2.2.1), were designed to answer exactly these questions.
Organised around the full life cycle of a pilot action, the indicators help choose the right solution before investing (Sustainability Impact Score, Cost-Benefit Feasibility Score), measure real-world results once it is running (CO2 reduction, an Employee Green Solution Usability Score gathering direct feedback from operators, change in kilometres driven per day), flag where further improvement is needed (breakdown and maintenance rates, cost per service contact), and assess how ready a solution is for replication elsewhere (Adoption Readiness Index, Operational Flexibility Score, Investment Payback Period).
By pairing the carbon footprint tool with this common set of KPIs, Green LaMiS makes it possible to compare very different services and territories on equal terms — and to show, with evidence rather than assumptions, where a green mobility investment is genuinely worth making.
