π°οΈ A team from the University of Padova & Czech University of Life Sciences Prague used a UAV (drone) to survey a drought- and heatwave-affected recovery trial (Scots pine; drought-treated vs. control), as part of the RE-ENFORCE pilot action.
π¬ The high-resolution imagery will help:
β map stand structure, canopy cover, and micro-site variation
β set a baseline to track growth, survival, and key physiological traits (e.g., needle pigments)
