Guided by an expert in Design Thinking, with the support of three technical specialists, participants will engage in a hands-on journey to discover new opportunities, overcome barriers, and co-develop concrete solutions for circular innovation.

A Circular Business Model Challenge, with sector-based group work,

Team presentations of developed solutions, followed by conclusions and next steps.
Through group activities and collaborative exercises, companies will explore relevant opportunities for their sector, identify barriers to adopting circular practices, reflect on their strengths as levers for change, and design practical circular business models.
By the end of the workshop, participants will leave with concrete tools and strategies to integrate circular economy principles into their processes and strengthen their competitiveness in an increasingly sustainability-driven market.
