On 19 March 2024, from 15:30 to 17:00, a free webinar was organised by the Food4CE Austrian partners UAS BFI Vienna and ECONSULT.
The webinar addressed the following topics:
- The needs and challenges of regional producers.
- The organisation of daily deliveries to thousands of customers.
- Funding opportunities for innovative logistics projects.
- The transition to electromobility.
The event was intended for individuals and organisations involved in alternative or regional food supply chains, including producers, direct traders, cooperatives, suppliers, logistics service providers, and platform operators.
During the webinar, Sandra Eitler presented the Food4CE project, a European initiative supporting Alternative Food Networks (AFNs) in their efforts to create more sustainable and resilient food supply systems.
