TEC4I FVG, in collaboration with Amploom, organised a co-design workshop applying design thinking methods to real business cases. The workshop was divided into three phases. The first phase focused on analysing the current situation, providing a comprehensive understanding of the challenges. In the second phase, participants generated innovative solutions through creative brainstorming sessions. Finally, the third phase involved the development of a physical prototype to bring the ideas to life. This workshop allowed the TEC4I FVG team to experiment with new methodologies and problem-solving approaches. The collective creativity and collaboration led to the generation of valuable ideas and solutions for several internal processes
