On Tuesday, 24 March 2026 (14:00–17:00), City-Suburban-Management, ECONSULT, and UAS BFI Vienna hosted a Network Conference on Short Food Supply Chains (SFSCs) and Alternative Food Networks (AFNs) at UAS BFI Vienna.
The event brought together industry experts, producers, and stakeholders to discuss cooperation opportunities and practical approaches to strengthening sustainable, resilient, and regionally connected food supply systems, particularly in metropolitan contexts such as Vienna. The conference built on the insights and solutions developed within the Food4CE project, highlighting how urban regions can better support AFNs and regional supply chains.
