The meeting represents a key moment to review progress and align on the next steps toward more sustainable and efficient social service delivery across Central Europe.
Over the two days, partners will focus on several core aspects of the project. The first day will be dedicated to project updates, including the ongoing pilot actions and the validation of the joint strategy and action plan. A storytelling session will also showcase experiences from different partners, highlighting how solutions are being applied in real contexts.
The second day will move toward future-oriented work, with discussions on capacity building, ecosystem development for greener urban social mobility, and policy recommendations. In addition, partners will explore tools, communication activities, and impact assessment to ensure that results are measurable and transferable.
A study visit and interactive sessions will provide further opportunities to connect theory with practice, strengthening collaboration among partners.
This meeting is not only about monitoring progress, but also about reinforcing a shared vision: improving how social services are delivered by integrating sustainable mobility, data-driven planning, and collaboration across territories.
