As part of the V4Grid project, we are actively evaluating bidirectional charging technologies and their role in integrating electric vehicles into future energy systems. EVs are increasingly becoming flexible energy assets capable of supporting homes, buildings and the electricity grid.
It was also impressive to see the latest charging technologies on display, including Megawatt Charging System (MCS) solutions capable of delivering up to 1 MW of charging power. Considering that just over a decade ago 50 kW DC chargers represented the state of the art, the pace of innovation remains remarkable.
