The official Kick-off Meeting of the FlexiSHARE project took place in Selnica ob Dravi, Slovenia. Representatives of all project partners met to launch the project, introduce their organisations and present the mobility challenges faced in their regions.
The meeting focused on project management, communication activities and the overall implementation plan. Partners also discussed the first steps towards developing the FlexiRide pilot services, which will be tested in Slovenia, Slovakia and Poland. The event provided an opportunity to strengthen cooperation and establish a common vision for improving rural mobility through flexible and demand-responsive transport solutions.
