FI4INN reached stakeholders in the Silesian region through two linked dissemination activities organised by ARRSA as part of its Open Day and a meeting of the Silesian Investment Council.

The events focused on presenting FI4INN recommendations and collecting feedback on innovative approaches to improving access to finance for SMEs and startups. Representatives from public authorities, financial institutions, NGOs and businesses discussed the main obstacles faced by entrepreneurs when seeking investment, including complex procedures, rigid eligibility criteria and limited predictability of funding opportunities.

Participants explored the concept of Smart Money, combining financial support with mentoring, advisory services and business development expertise. The discussions also highlighted the potential of digitalised evaluation processes and continuous funding calls to simplify access to public financial instruments.

The dissemination activities strengthened cooperation among regional stakeholders while supporting the wider adoption of FI4INN recommendations for innovation finance.
