As the MedWaveImage project continues to make strides toward innovative medical imaging solutions, the WAVISION research group at Politecnico di Torino recently welcomed key partners from Motol University Hospital (Prague) for a highly productive technical meeting.
The visit served as a crucial milestone for the project’s next phase. During the sessions, the teams engaged in in-depth technical discussions regarding the device integration and finalized the organizational steps required for shipping the MedWaveImage prototype directly to Prague.
This prototype will soon be deployed at Motol University Hospital for its official clinical trials. This step represents a vital transition from laboratory development to real-world clinical evaluation, bringing the project closer to its ultimate goal of improving diagnostic capabilities through advanced microwave technology.
The successful meeting further strengthened the transnational cooperation and shared commitment among project partners, paving the way for the upcoming clinical testing phase.
