The document supports the analysis of training needs in schools and helps project partners understand how existing curricula, teaching resources and cooperation with companies correspond to skills needs expressed by SMEs.
The template includes a curriculum analysis tool for collecting information about schools, education programmes, subjects and modules, technical and soft skills covered in teaching, digital learning infrastructure, and existing cooperation with companies. It may also be used as a guide for structured interviews with school representatives.
An optional student survey is also included to collect the learners’ perspective on technical skills, digital and Industry 4.0 competences, soft skills, preferred forms of cooperation with companies, and readiness to use digital tools, LMS-based materials, simulators, virtual labs and AR/VR solutions.
The information collected through this tool will support the preparation of the training strategy and the design of innovative learning resources, including LMS-based and AR/VR-supported training modules within INNOSKILLS-CE.
