On 24 August 2026, the Development Centre of Murska Sobota organised a Roadshow event for the Pannon Future Forest project at the international AGRA Agricultural and Food Fair in Gornja Radgona. At the stand of the Regional Chamber of Craft and Entrepreneurship of Murska Sobota, visitors were introduced to the development and entrepreneurial opportunities offered by the sustainable use of forests and the development of the forest-based bioeconomy.
Visitors could receive the project brochure and the Benchmark Study, featuring good practices and examples of innovative business models in the field of the forest-based green economy. The publication was also available in digital format via a QR code.
Through the presentation at the fair, we reached a wide range of entrepreneurs, forest owners, craftspeople, farmers and other visitors, introducing them to the Pannon Future Forest project and its efforts to promote new business opportunities based on the sustainable use of forests and natural resources.
