CApitalisation for Skills UPScaling & LEveraging Outputs for digitalisation, internationalisation and burnout resilience and wellbeing of SMEs and related entities in Central Europe

Many SMEs in central Europe need support to use digital tools, enter new markets and prevent burnout, but these services are often scattered across organisations and countries. CAPSULE-CE combines approaches from earlier Interreg projects in a shared Smart Skills Campus: Companies in electronics and digital technologies, creative industries and the circular economy will identify their needs, receive coaching, learn from peers and test practical improvements. Lessons from this support will feed into a transnational strategy and sectoral action plans, helping support organisations and public authorities improve services across borders.
