From Central Europe to Table: Breaking barriers and bridging innovation in the agri-food sector in Central Europe

In central Europe’s border regions, farmers, food producers and related businesses face different rules, standards and support systems that hamper their growth. Central2Table builds on earlier Interreg solutions to create three cross-border innovation hubs where producers, advisers and authorities can tackle these obstacles together. The hubs will offer practical guidance, strengthen digital and business skills, connect suppliers with new markets and adapt existing online tools for cross-border use. Shared culinary traditions will also inspire food-tourism offers that raise the visibility and value of local products.
