Transnational Youth Skills for Agriculture twin transition

Young people in central Europe’s rural and border regions often lack training for today’s farming jobs, and their skills are not always recognised across borders. Youth4Agri adapts approaches from earlier Interreg projects into two practical training and support programmes covering digital farming, sustainable practices and business skills. A Youth Forum and youth ambassadors will help shape the activities around real needs. The lessons will feed into a transnational strategy and regional action plans to improve skills recognition, mobility and career opportunities in agriculture.
