Project overview
Resilient Assistive Detection & Responsive Care Cross-border Innovation Capitalisation Framework for ethical and human-centred elderly-care solutions
Older people in central Europe’s border regions do not always benefit equally from new care technologies because rules, technical systems and staff experience differ between countries. RADAR Care adapts solutions from earlier Interreg projects that use radar technologies with smart textiles to monitor movement and possible risks without cameras or intrusive devices. Care providers in new regions will test them in different homes and services, while partners improve instructions and staff training. This will create a safer, more consistent approach to introducing privacy-friendly monitoring across borders.
