The Hungarian dissemination event, organised by the Hungarian Innovation Agency (NIÜ), focused on strengthening investment readiness among innovative SMEs and startups through two complementary programmes: Ready4Invest and the Knowledge to Money Club.
The event provided entrepreneurs with practical guidance on preparing for investment, covering topics such as company valuation, legal readiness, investor communication, business planning and effective pitching. Participants also explored European funding opportunities, including Horizon Europe, and discussed strategies for building successful international collaborations.
A dedicated FI4INN session introduced the project’s work on innovative financial instruments, highlighting the value of regional cooperation, knowledge exchange and scalable financing solutions for startups and growth-oriented SMEs.
The discussions reinforced the importance of combining financial support with mentoring, coaching and strategic preparation, helping innovative companies become more competitive and investment-ready in an increasingly complex funding landscape.
