CE-VITA Project at Carpathian Startup Fest 2026
Rzeszów, June 18, 2026 – During Carpathian Startup Fest 2026, a leading Central European startup and innovation conference, Rzeszow Regional Development Agency promoted the CE-VITA project and presented its objectives, assumptions, and collaboration opportunities for stakeholders interested in developing modern healthcare services.
The event brings together entrepreneurs, investors, corporations, researchers, and public-sector leaders for startup pitching, networking, workshops, and discussions on technology, innovation, and business growth.
The CE-VITA project addresses key challenges faced by peripheral regions of Central Europe, including an ageing population, shortages of healthcare professionals, limited financial resources within healthcare systems, and restricted access to medical services in rural areas.
The project aims to develop and test a new, more efficient territorial healthcare model, initially focused on post-stroke rehabilitation. The model enables patients to continue therapy at home with the support of digital tools, helping to improve access to care, reduce waiting times, ease the burden on hospitals, and maintain a high quality of healthcare services.
Carpathian Startup Fest provided an excellent opportunity to engage with representatives of businesses, startups, healthcare institutions, and innovation support organizations. We encouraged participants to explore cooperation opportunities and become involved in project activities, whose outcomes have the potential to significantly improve the accessibility and quality of healthcare services across Central European regions.
