SME mapping is the foundation of the project. Without it, we cannot honestly answer a key question: which competences are needed in companies today and which ones are missing the most.
In INNOSKILLS-CE, we assess, among others:
– which positions and roles are critical in manufacturing and technology-related activities,
– which technical and digital skills are required now, and which will be needed in the next one to two years,
– where skills gaps appear and which types of training would be the most relevant,
– how companies approach digitalisation, automation and working with new technologies.
This is not theory for a report. These findings directly feed into the next project steps, including training solutions that are meant to be practical and truly useful.
