We have entered an important stage of work under WP1. SME mapping in the manufacturing sector is currently underway, together with the preparation of a questionnaire to assess companies’ needs. In parallel, we are working on the research methodology and tools that will allow us to collect comparable data across three countries.
At the same time, we are holding meetings with technical and vocational schools, which will be key collaborators in the project. We are discussing educational programmes, cooperation with companies, and how to involve students and teachers in the next project activities.
The goal is clear. To better connect vocational education with the real needs of the labour market, so that young people have a concrete development pathway and companies have access to the competences they truly need.
