The Berlin consortium visit brought GEtCoheSive partners together for two days of in-person exchange, collaborative work, and strategic reflection. The first day focused on consortium working sessions at the Hybrid Lab of the Technical University of Berlin, including presentations of project deliverables, the Toolbox, mutual learning activities, and a participatory session on collaborative strategy design. The day concluded with a consortium dinner, offering partners an opportunity for informal exchange and networking.
The second day focused on joint discussions around Berlin’s strategies and the Comprehensive Programme for the Integration and Participation of Refugees. The programme included presentations and plenary discussions with representatives from Berlin institutions, civil society organizations, and consortium partners. Participants exchanged city-level perspectives, reflected on Berlin’s approach to integration and participation, and discussed future cooperation, synergies, funding opportunities, and possible next steps for continuing work on participatory governance and refugee inclusion.
