The meeting opened with a welcome from the lead partners and a technical overview of the latest Dashboard version. This tool remains a cornerstone of the project, designed to provide partners with a streamlined overview of climate data and project progress.
Pilot Actions: From Planning to Implementation
A significant portion of the two-day agenda was dedicated to the analysis of Pilot Actions (PA) across all participating regions:
- Regional Progress: Partners presented their roadmaps, activities carried out to date, and identified potential bottlenecks.
- Outcome Drafting: Work began on planning the “Addendum” for each pilot area, ensuring that practical results are documented for future scalability.
Focused Coaching: Flood Protection and Biodiversity
The meeting featured specialized coaching sessions aimed at addressing specific climate threats. A highlight was the presentation on flood-related issues and protection approaches in the Dolnośląskie Voivodeship.
Collaboration
The meeting concluded with a clear path forward for the finalization of pilot activities, moving the Climate_CRICES project closer to its goal of strengthening climate resilience in Central Europe.
