After three years of collaboration, learning, and transformation, today we say our official farewell to the SMERF – SME Ready for the Future project.
What began in April 2023 as a shared ambition to strengthen the innovation capacity of SMEs has grown into a complete ecosystem of tools, methods, and partnerships that will continue supporting companies long after the project ends.
Over the course of the project, our consortium worked across 7 countries and 8 regions, engaging more than 200 SMEs, experts, and stakeholders. Together, we co‑created practical solutions that help businesses understand their needs and take meaningful steps toward future readiness.
We gladly present the final versions of our key outputs, now available:
