Świdnica engages in the INNOSKILLS-CE project

Date: 05.03.2026
Technical Schools and Industry Join Forces. A new partnership between education and industry is taking shape in Świdnica under the INNOSKILLS-CE project. The District Authority in Świdnica, acting as a project partner, has brought two technical schools into the initiative: the School Complex of Construction and Electrical Engineering and the Mechanical School Complex. Both institutions train future industrial workforce and are now actively involved in aligning education with labour market needs.

The schools are participating in a comprehensive assessment of skills demand and a review of existing curricula. The aim is to determine whether current educational programmes meet the expectations of businesses, particularly in the manufacturing sector.

This involves surveys, workshops and detailed curriculum analysis. Teachers and students are contributing to a broader picture of which skills are currently being developed and which remain lacking. These findings will be compared with data collected directly from companies.
