The GEtCoheSive Consortium Meeting took place in Venice on 13 November 2025, bringing project partners together at Palazzo Malcanton Marcorà for a full day of discussion and coordination. The meeting focused on the project’s upcoming steps and deadlines, financial updates, and a steering committee session addressing an important administrative modification linked to partnership and output targets. The agenda also created space for strategic exchange among partners as the project moves into its final implementation phase.
A central part of the meeting was dedicated to the presentation and peer review of the four local strategies, with partners from each country sharing the main points of their advanced drafts. This exchange helped prepare the ground for the co-design sessions on the action plans, led collaboratively during the day, and supported alignment across local and transnational levels. The meeting also underlined the importance of stakeholder engagement activities in each partner country, which will contribute to the finalisation of the action plans and to the broader dissemination of project results in the months ahead.
