Communication Plan Workshop Successfully Held in Košice

Date: 02.03.2026

During the Košice meeting, an important milestone was reached in the BlueTwin-CE project: the Communication Plan Workshop was successfully conducted.

In preparation for the meeting, each pilot partner developed a structured local communication plan outlining how they intend to support their technical pilot activities through targeted communication efforts. Ahead of the workshop, the pilot partners defined their campaign objectives, identified key target groups, shaped core messages, selected communication channels, and planned concrete tools and activities.

Their plans included a mix of online and offline instruments — from social media strategies and digital content formats to public events, community engagement activities, and printed materials such as posters and local information displays.

During the workshop, each pilot partner presented their communication strategy to the full consortium. While listening to the presentations, all partners completed structured feedback forms to provide constructive input. This was followed by dedicated feedback stations, where pilot partners collected and discussed the feedback in more depth with their peers.

The workshop created a highly collaborative atmosphere and ensured that each local communication plan benefits from transnational expertise and shared learning. In the coming weeks, pilot partners will update and refine their plans based on the received feedback.

We are confident that this process will significantly strengthen the visibility and impact of the technical pilots — and that the communication activities across the partnership will be both strategic and effective.

Stay tuned for the next steps!
