Our programme conference in Vienna on 5 November 2026 will bring beneficiaries together to look at the impact from two connected angles: how project results can be used more strategically across the programme, and what project experience can tell us about the future development of the programme itself.
In the first part of the day, the focus will be on capitalisation in practical terms. Through project-driven inputs, participatory workshops and peer exchange, participants will explore what has worked well so far, where untapped synergy potential exists, and how results, tools, knowledge and partnerships from different calls can be connected more effectively. The aim is to support a more operational understanding of capitalisation: not only making results visible, but helping them travel further, be reused more purposefully, and remain sustainable over time.
The second part of the conference will turn to future implementation. Building on interim findings from the territorial analysis and initial reflections on future programme delivery, the afternoon sessions will create a structured space for practitioners to share grounded feedback from implementation experience. Participants will be invited to reflect on needs, challenges and opportunities they see on the ground, and to help identify what should be preserved, what should be adapted, and what trade-offs should be considered in future programme strategy and project implementation.
Throughout the day, the conference will combine plenary discussions, parallel workshops, and informal networking.
Registration will open before summer.
