Last week, we gathered in Stuttgart, Germany for our final in‑person meeting and the Transferability Conference “Skills for Transformation: Empowering Change in the Creative & Entrepreneurial Ecosystem.” together with 7 other European project representatives and stakeholders. The Transferability conference welcomed 120 participants from 17 countries, all bringing valuable perspectives from across the creative, cultural, entrepreneurial, and skills‑development landscapes. Throughout the conference, we explored: How skills can drive transformation in creative and entrepreneurial ecosystems Strategies for empowering individuals and organizations Practical insights directly from the representatives of SMEs We also got to present SMERF project, its results and impacts together with some valuable networking and sharing of good practices. As SMERF approaches its conclusion, we are proud of what we’ve built together — and excited to see how these insights will continue to spark change for SMEs across Europe and beyond.
