The GreenScape CE Project Meeting in Brussels will take place on 4 February 2026 at the European Partnership for Democracy, Rue Froissart 123–133, Brussels. This internal coordination meeting represents a key milestone in the final phase of the project, as it brings together all partners to align on outstanding tasks, consolidate results, and prepare for the Final Conference.

The agenda is structured around a comprehensive review of the project’s remaining activities and deliverables. The meeting will open with a welcome session and a presentation of the agenda by the Lead Partner REGEA, followed by a management session dedicated to assessing what still needs to be completed before the project’s closure.

A specific session will be devoted to communication, led by ALDA+, focusing on the remaining dissemination actions and visibility activities. This will ensure that the project’s achievements, tools and legacy are effectively communicated to stakeholders at local, national and European levels.

The thematic part of the meeting will cover all three Work Packages:

  • WP1 – Sowing the seeds, led by AMBIT, addressing the status of activities and pending deliverables related to strategic frameworks and groundwork actions.

  • WP2 – Bring about change: NbS/GI pilots, led by ETIFOR, focusing on the remaining steps connected to the implementation and consolidation of the pilot actions.

  • WP3 – Reap the NbS benefits: Sustainability and replication, led by ALDA+, dedicated to the long-term uptake, transferability and legacy of the project’s results.

The meeting will conclude with a collective discussion session dedicated to the Final Conference, ensuring full alignment among partners on the programme, messages, logistics and coordination of roles.

This Project Meeting is essential to guarantee coherence between project implementation, communication actions and strategic impact. It reinforces the transnational cooperation at the heart of GreenScape CE and ensures that the project’s outcomes are consolidated, visible and ready to be scaled beyond its formal lifetime.
