WORKSHOP ON CLIMATE CHANGE ADAPTATION HELD IN BURGENLAND

Date: 19.11.2025

During the workshop, participants were actively engaged in a hands-on training session centered on the Climate‑CRICES project dashboard. Through a live demonstration, attendees explored how the tool enables a detailed assessment of regional climate impacts, including heat waves, flooding, and biodiversity loss. The session illustrated how these insights can directly inform evidence-based decision-making, helping public administration and policymakers translate climate data into concrete actions.

This event reflects the ongoing efforts of the Climate‑CRICES project to strengthen regional capacities for climate change adaptation, demonstrating the critical role of accessible, validated climate data in turning scientific research into actionable strategies for communities and decision-makers alike.
