Partners of the 3P4SSE project came together for the second dedicated workshop on shaping the future Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) Network. The online session marked a key moment in the co-design process, offering space for collaboration, alignment, and forward planning.

Facilitated by ALDA+, the workshop focused on refining the network’s structure and long-term vision through three main pillars:

– Governance: Partners confirmed the informal nature of the network and discussed the adoption of a rotating board structure and a unified visual identity.

– Action Plan: Discussions focused on a draft set of future activities covering capacity-building, communication, networking, and advocacy to support SSE actors across Central Europe.

– Sustainability: The group explored the use of the existing project website as a digital hub to ensure long-term visibility, knowledge-sharing, and accessibility of tools beyond the project’s lifespan.

Participants actively exchanged ideas, shared feedback, and contributed to an online questionnaire aimed at strengthening the shared vision for the network. The session built on previous reflections and continued to foster a strong collaborative foundation for what will become a transnational community of practice.

The 3P4SSE partnership remains committed to finalising the network structure and launching a platform that can support ongoing collaboration, learning, and innovation in the Social and Solidarity Economy across Central Europe.
