Fourth GreenScape CE Partner Meeting Concludes in Milan

The Fourth GreenScape CE Partner Meeting took place in Milan, Italy, marking a key milestone as the project enters its final implementation phase. Over two days, partners gathered to assess progress, exchange knowledge, and plan the next steps for scaling up nature-based solutions (NbS) and green infrastructure (GI) across Central European urban areas.

Hosted by project partner AMBIENTE ITALIA, the meeting featured both strategic discussions and practical field insights. A highlight of the agenda was the study visit to social housing green roofs and terraces in Milan, showcasing local applications of NbS and their contribution to urban climate resilience and quality of life.

The meeting also included in-depth sessions focused on:

• Replication strategies across cities and regions,

• Visibility actions and communication highlights,

• Planning of the GreenScape CE Final Conference, to be held in early 2026.

Participants reaffirmed their shared commitment to supporting municipalities in the transition toward greener, climate-proofed urban environments. The event served as a platform to align efforts across work packages and deepen collaboration among project partners.
