The two-day event will begin with an introduction of the Joint Secretariat of the CE Programme. Project partners will present updates on coordination and management, work packages, and ongoing pilot actions, with interactive Q&A sessions engaging all participants.
The meeting will also feature brainstorming sessions, storytelling video presentations, and a detailed overview of financial and communication strategies. A highlight of the event will be the Steering Committee session, where partners will discuss state-of-the-art approaches for WP2 and exchange ideas to enhance project impact.
Day two will include a press conference, a visit to Klis, presentations from associated partners and stakeholders, and interviews capturing the voices of Green LaMiS. The meeting will conclude with final reflections, highlighting the collaborative spirit and commitment of all partners.
