💧 During community consultations, we have revealed a special historical element — traces of an old well, confirmed by the oldest residents. In the new design, it will become a symbolic feature of the space — its outline will be marked on the surface, accompanied by seating to remind visitors of the past.
🌿 Greenery and communal elements will be designed to harmonize with the historic courtyard layout and emphasize its distinctive character.
